Let's talk about something, anything. That smile on your face, what does that mean?

Is that a real smile, the one you can't help? Does this, these words coming out of my mouth and lungs and brain, do they confuse you? I can't understand half the time. Non verbal communication. It can't be faked. Like the weather.
